Every Property IM is unique, and achieving the best result starts with understanding your objectives. I ask key questions about the information, target audience, and marketing purpose, then use those insights to shape a document that presents your property clearly and effectively.

I explore a range of design concepts to find the strongest approach for your Property Information memorandum. By developing and refining different ideas, I create a layout that aligns with your property, brand, and marketing goals.

Concept Presentation

Once the concepts are finalised, I’ll present them to you, giving you the opportunity to review, provide feedback, and ensure the Property IM aligns perfectly with your vision and objectives.

Your input is key to refining the design. After the initial presentation, I'll gather your feedback and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the final document meets your expectations.

Why do I need a professionally designed Information Memorandum?

A professionally designed IM presents the opportunity with clarity, builds credibility, and increases engagement from serious buyers and investors, while also ensuring it aligns seamlessly with your brand.

What should be included in a Property Information Memorandum?

Typically includes property overview, location details, financial information, zoning, maps, images, and key investment highlights.


How much does the design cost?

Pricing varies based on the number of pages, how complex the design is, and how much customisation you need. For Information Memorandums up to 25 pages, my fee starts from $1,990 AUD (inc. GST). I can also offer tailored packages to provide more cost-effective solutions depending on your marketing needs. Additional services such as copywriting, data visualisation, or print production may also influence the final cost.
I always provide a detailed quote before commencing any work and will keep you informed of any changes should additional work be required. This ensures full transparency throughout the project, so there are no surprises when it comes to invoicing.

How long does it typically take?

It varies depending on how complex, long, and detailed it needs to be. On average, the process can take anywhere from a week to a month. Factors like content readiness, revisions, and approval stages also affect the timeline. To keep things running smoothly, start early. This gives you time for design and final tweaks.

Can you design with rough content?

Yes, absolutely! Rough or unstructured content can be refined, organised, and professionally designed into a polished IM.

Do you help with content or just design?

My primary focus is design and layout. However, I can help structure and refine content to improve flow, clarity, and visual hierarchy. For larger copywriting needs, I can also recommend trusted specialists.

Is your design work secure and confidential?

I prioritise confidentiality and originality across all design work and uphold professional qualifications and standards in every project. As a 100% Australian owned and operated business, I am committed to protecting the security and integrity of your design assets.


What do you need to get started?

Please provide a Word document or PowerPoint presentation containing all relevant text for your campaign. You should also supply your style guide, high-resolution, unedited images of the assets. I will apply all styling and annotations to ensure the campaign remains consistent with your branding. If you need help compiling the information, please feel free to get in touch. I'm happy to assist.


Do you offer revisions?

Yes! Each project includes 2 revisions - one set of major changes and a second set of minor changes. I will always give prior notice should work exceed that which is outlined in an agreement.


Which software will be used?

I use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and, where required, Microsoft PowerPoint.

What file formats will I receive?

Your IM will be delivered as a press-ready and digital PDF or a Microsoft PowerPoint file for easy editing and sharing.
