About the project

We began our collaboration with Towonga in 2018, focusing on designing their logo, branding, and website. Since then, we’ve developed a variety of digital and printed marketing materials to support their growth. Following Towonga’s recent acquisition of Darriwell Poll Merino Stud, we refreshed their logo and seamlessly integrated the Darriwell brand into Towonga’s marketing materials, ensuring consistency and a unified identity.

Discovery and Strategy

The foundation of Towonga’s branding and marketing began with a deep dive into the essence of the business. Through a collaborative discovery process, we explored their vision, values, and market positioning, aiming to encapsulate their dedication to modern Merino breeding and innovation. Our strategy focused on creating a brand identity that not only reflects Towonga’s legacy but also positions them as leaders in the industry. By analysing their audience, competitive landscape, and unique selling points, we identified key opportunities to differentiate Towonga and communicate their commitment to premium genetics and sustainable practices. From redefining their visual identity to creating a clear and consistent messaging framework, the strategy centred on authenticity and adaptability—ensuring the brand resonates across both digital and traditional platforms.
